The Emergency Broadband Benefit (EBB) Program is a government-funded initiative offered by the Federal Communication Commissions and provides support for broadband services and certain devices to help low-income households stay connected during the COVID-19 pandemic. How do I apply?
At this time, any customer who is a resident of the following states are eligible to submit an application:
- California
- Delaware
- Florida
- Illinois
- Nevada
- New Jersey
- New York
- Oregon
- Pennsylvania
- Puerto Rico
- Texas
- Washington
- Wisconsin
- Washington, DC

What will be offered with this program?
For qualifying households, the EBB program, as offered through our sister company, will provide you with unlimited talk, text, and 30GB of high-speed data for FREE, every month for the duration of the program.
Is the EBB program with FreedomPop?
This program is facilitated through our sister company, Red Pocket Mobile. Red Pocket Mobile collaborates with EBB to provide free data services to customers who may qualify for low-income assistance.
What if I am already an existing customer with Red Pocket?
The same eligibility requirements and qualification process apply to existing Red Pocket Mobile customers. You will have to get a new number.
