How to submit payment and manage payments for your ACP account
FreedomPop offers service through the ACP program. The Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) was developed by the U.S. government to offset the rising costs of connectivity for qualifying households.
FreedomPop is a wireless provider, participating in the ACP program, and offers an Unlimited Talk, Unlimited Text, and Unlimited Data plan with 10GB of high-speed data per month, for $0.00 + a $1 Regulatory Recovery Fee.
To pay the $1 Regulatory Fee (or if you select a higher tier service plan) you’ll need to be able to add payment information to your ACP account, manage the card used for payments, and pay new invoices.
How to login to your online ACP Customer Portal
Login to freedompop-customerportal.telgoo5.com. You’ll receive your username and password by email when you have an upcoming invoice to pay. However, if you have any trouble logging in, your email address or phone number is typically used as your username and the last four digits of your social security number are typically used for your password.

How to add payment information to your account
Once you’ve logged into the online customer portal for your ACP account, click on MANAGE CARDS.
You can add a debit or credit card. You would not be able to use Visa or MasterCard gift cards for your account.
Enter your credit card or debit card details and click ADD CARD.
Once card information has been added, it can be used to pay for future invoices. You can add money to your account's Wallet using the card that has been added. Payments for future invoices are manually deducted from the wallet balance, on their respective due dates.
Cards can be updated, or removed from the account at any time from the MANAGE CARDS page.
