Check your Order Status
You can check your order status by clicking on the link that was sent to you in the order confirmation email. You can also view your order status by logging into your FreedomPop Account, at my.freedompop.com. If your device has not yet shipped out, you will only be able to see your order status when you log in. Once your device ships, you will be able to see your plan and service information.
In some rare cases, orders may take up to 10 business days to ship from our warehouse. We're a small company trying to do very big things! We work with several suppliers to provide you with the absolute best value in mobile.
This sometimes means slightly longer processing times. However, you can sleep well knowing that you've gotten the absolute best price!
Tracking your shipment
A separate email will be sent when your device ships and will include tracking information from FedEx. You can also contact us if you have questions about your shipment.
If you purchased a SIM card, you may not receive any tracking information. However, SIM card shipments are delivered within 10 business days after they have been shipped. If you do not receive your SIM Card within 10 business days, contact us for additional information.
Please Note: Your account is fully activated upon shipment. Until then, you may have limited access to account information or won't be able to make changes to your plan.
