FreedomPop offers free shipping to all customers! All orders will receive a confirmation email upon shipment. While most orders are received within a few business days, free shipments may take up to 7 business days to be delivered. Please contact us if you have not received your order within 7 business days to be issued a replacement order.
FreedomPop ships SIM Cards (with or without preloaded plans) via USPS. FreedomPop ships iPhones via FedEx. When you order, choose from one of the following options:

Delivery ETA*: 5-7 business days
Free shipping is available for all orders. Please allow up to 7 business days to receive your delivery. Your product will be delivered by the United States Postal Service.
$6.95 USPS Priority Mail
Delivery ETA*: 2-3 business days
Get a tracking number with your shipment when you select the 2-3 day Priority Mail delivery option. Your product will be delivered by the United States Postal Service.
$23.00 USPS Priority Mail Express
Delivery ETA*: 1-2 business days
Select Priority Mail Express for faster delivery. Tracking included. Your product will be delivered by the United States Postal Service.
$30.00 USPS International
Delivery ETA*: 6-10 business days
Select International delivery if you are located in any one of these countries.
NOTE! While we ship SIM cards internationally, FreedomPop calling, texting, and internet connection services only work within the United States.

$25 FedEx 2nd Day Air
Delivery ETA*: 2 - 3 business days
Select FedEx 2nd Day Air for faster delivery. After shipment, expect delivery by end of the second business day.
After you receive your phone or SIM card order, activate your service at freedompop.com/activate. Once you activate we will automatically credit your account with the plan you purchased when you placed your order.
This information applies to older, Legacy SIM cards
At this time we are not selling new Legacy (VoIP) SIM cards from our website. If you are interested in placing an order for a new product, please consider purchasing our new Premium SIM cards with native cellular voice service. Click here to make a purchase!
Check your Order Status
You can check your order status by clicking on the link that was sent to you in your order confirmation email. You can also view your order status by logging into your FreedomPop Account, at my.freedompop.com. If your device has not yet shipped out, you will only be able to see your order status when you log in. Once your device ships, you will be able to see your plan and service information.
Shipping can take up to 10 business days
If you do not receive your SIM Card within 10 business days after it ships, contact us for additional information.
Your SIM card is activated when it is shipped
Your account is fully activated when it ships out. Until then, you'll have limited access to account information and won't be able to make changes to your plan.
After your SIM card ships and it is activated, you'll be able to see and manage your plan when you log in at my.freedompop.com.
