How to port your number
You can get the information you need to port your phone number out of your FreedomPop account, by logging in at my.freedompop.com. After you have logged in, click this link to get to the port out information page, or get there manually:
Step 1: Log in at my.freedompop.com.
Step 2: Click on Manage Settings.
Step 3: Click on Port Out Info
Please Note: If your account is dormant, you will not be able to see your port out information. If this is the case for you, please contact us for further assistance.
You can provide your Account number and PIN to your new carrier to port your number out. It can take 3 to 5 business days for this process. Once the port out is complete, you will need to contact us to cancel your FreedomPop account. Click here to learn how to get in touch with us.
