When your phone displays an activation message
If your phone displays a message that says "Device is Ready for Activation", that means your cell phone serial number is not attached to your FreedomPop account. This may have been an error that occurred during the kitting process, or you may have purchased the phone from a third party company and have yet to activate it.
In either case, you will need to visit freedompop.com/activate to resolve the problem. Make sure to clear your browser history before you visit this website. You can activate the device under an email address that has not been used with FreedomPop before. You will also need to put credit or debit card information on file.
Please Note: Payment information is required, even if you plan to sign up for the free plan. This is to protect against overage and to prevent service interruption.
