What is the return policy?
We accept returns for any devices purchased from us within 14 days of the service start date. If you are eligible to return the equipment you can email us to request return instructions.
Is my device eligible to return?
All equipment must be in like-new condition (reasonable wear and tear expected) and include all accessories from the original shipment. Refunds or exchanges will only be issued to the purchaser whose name appears on the purchase receipt. Please retain a copy of your purchase receipt for your records.
Once an RMA has been issued you have 14 days to return the equipment for a refund. The RMA will expire after 14 days.
Equipment subjected to neglect, misuse, liquid damage or non-standard wear and tear, is not eligible for our return or exchange programs. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you are responsible for paying all shipping, insurance and any other costs in connection with your return of equipment for any reason. FreedomPop reserves the right to refuse delivery of any equipment if you have not paid such costs or FreedomPop may accept delivery and bill you for such costs.
Step by step return process
Step 1: Fill out the form, by clicking on the submit a ticket button.
Step 2: Be sure to specify the reason for the return. The following is an example.
Step 3: Make sure all sections of the form are filled out.
Step 4: If your return is authorized, we will send you an email with your RMA number, and the address you can ship the product to. We cannot accept any return, without an RMA number. Make sure to check your email inbox, to get the return email from FreedomPop.
Step 5: Please pack the equipment in a secure box or padded envelope, and include any accessories that were originally shipped to you (charger, Micro USB cord, etc). We do not cover return shipping costs.

We accept returns for eligible devices within 14 days of the service start date. Send us an email and you'll receive an email with your RMA number and the return address. It can take up to 2 weeks, after we receive the device, for the refund.
