What happens when I return a device without using a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number?

This information applies to Premium SIM customers

Review our return policy by going to this article. An RMA number is not required for returns but you will need to contact our customer service team to let us know when you have shipped your device.

Please be sure you are within the return policy or we will not be able to process a refund.

This information applies to older, Standard SIM cards

If you return a device to FreedomPop without being issued a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number, then you will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Our devices are shipped from and returned to a very large facility which serves as our logistics provider. If a device is not returned to the appropriate address and with the appropriate RMA identification, then it can get lost very easily in this large facility.

You must have the proper address and the RMA number in order to return a device for a refund. Contact Us to request a return RMA. To learn about the RMA process, please click here.
