Manage your account online - billing, plans, services and account details

This information applies to the Premium SIM card
The serial number on your SIM card (called the ICCID number) begins with 89014

You can manage every aspect of your account from freedompop.com/my-lines. You can upgrade your plan or downgrade it, change the credit card number that is on file and add or remove services. Let's discuss a few common terms you'll need to be familiar with:

Data

It's always helpful to understand what "data" means. Each plan comes with a data balance. Having data in your plan allows you to access the internet on your phone, completing activities like browsing the web, downloading applications from your phone's application store or using various applications that require a connection (like Facebook and Twitter, Netflix and Hulu, or certain games). Data is displayed in your account in MBs (megabytes).

Renewal Date

The renewal date is the date your minutes, text messages and data balances reset. Each month, you get a new set of minutes, texts or data to use. Even if your billing cycle (when your payment is due) doesn't renew for 3 months --  if you've signed up for a quarterly plan -- your minutes, texts and data balances will still renew monthly.

Now that you understand the above terms, let's explore your online account. To get started, let's take a look at the first section -- the My Devices section.

My Devices

When you first log in at freedompop.com/my-lines, you'll see the My Devices section. This section is a general overview of your account. You can see all of the phone lines you have as well as your line's account status, plan and renewal date (when your minutes, text messages and data balances reset). Click "View Details" next to one of your lines to see more information.

Line Details

After you click on View Details, you'll see all of your phone line's details, which includes your:

  • Line status (Active, Airtime Expired or Closed)
  • SIM card serial number (called the ICCID number)
  • Renewal date (when your minutes, text messages and data balances reset)
  • Phone's Device ID (the phone's serial number)
  • Remaining balances (how many minutes, text messages and data you have left)
  • Subscription details - the payment method used for billing

Change Payment Method

You can update the credit card or debit card used for automatic payments by logging into your account, clicking on your line and scrolling down to the bottom of the page. Click the CHANGE PAYMENT METHOD button and enter a new card number.

While you can use PayPal to place an order at FreedomPop.com, it cannot be used to cover your plan at this time. Please use a credit card or debit card to pay for your talk, text and data plan.

Cancel Subscription

To stop your plan from renewing automatically, log in to your account, click on your line and scroll down to the bottom of the page. Click on Cancel Subscription to stop automatic payments. Please Note: if you cancel your automatic payments you must log in when your plan needs to be renewed and manually renew your plan.

The CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION button does not cancel your account. To cancel your account, you must contact a customer service representative.

Payment History

To review all of the payments that have been made on every one of your phone lines click on the Payment History button from the menu bar. Review past orders as well as plan and services payments.

Event History

To review all of the changes that have been made on every one of your phone lines, click on the Event History button from the menu bar. Review past orders, plan and service charges, plan or service changes, cancellations and more.

Manage Profile

To review or update your account's name, email address, physical address, contact phone number or password, click on the Manage Profile button form the menu bar.

Please Note: your contact phone number is not necessarily the phone number assigned to one of your FreedomPop phone lines. It is simply the phone number that was entered when you registered for your account before placing an order.

Overview

This section is a general overview of your account. It gives you an immediate look at your data usage, and how many minutes and text messages you have used. It also leads you to other sections of your account; for example the section that lets you manage your plans or services, or the section that lets you earn and share data.

Billing

The billing tab lets you manage the credit card, debit card, or PayPal account that you have put on file. This card is going to incur a charge whenever your billing cycle renews -- to pay for your plans and services -- or any time you exceed your plan limit. You can see your billing history and credit balance history. Click Add Credit, to add credit to your account. This credit can be used towards that that exceeds your limit. Click on Update Billing Information to change the credit, debit or PayPal account on file.

Usage

The Usage section gives you a detailed breakdown of your call history, how many minutes you have used, how many text messages you have used and how much data you have used. You can also see a record of how many international calling minutes you have used, if you've signed up for one of our Global Calling plans.

Plan

From the Plan section, you can upgrade to a plan with a bigger data allotment, or downgrade to a plan with a smaller data allotment. When you upgrade your plan, you'll incur a prorated charge and receive a prorated amount of data, for the remainder of the billing cycle.

Services

The Services section displays all value added services FreedomPop offers. From here, you can add or remove services at any time. These services are in addition to your talk, text and data plan, and include features like Ad Block, Speed Plus and Visual Voicemail. Click here to read all about FreedomPop Services.

International

If you plan to make calls to countries outside of the United States, you will need a Global Calling Plan. Click the International tab to sign up for one and review the support countries list.

Devices

The Devices section lets you manage your account's phone number. You can select a new FreedomPop number if you haven't already or transfer a phone number in from another carrier.

Earn & Share

Finally, the Earn and Share tab lets you add FreedomPop friends -- other FreedomPop customers that you'd like to connect with -- and share data with those friends. You can also use the Earn Data feature, and complete offers from third party companies to earn additional data for your FreedomPop account.
