How can I submit an email?
To submit an email, visit our Submit A Ticket page. Make sure you are logged into your FreedomPop account, first.
After you submit your email
After submitting a ticket, you will receive an incident number as confirmation and your ticket will go into our queue. Going in order of when your incident is received, a customer service representative will be assigned your ticket and will respond to you as quickly as possible.
The response will be sent to you via email, so please check your inbox and take a look at your Spam folder as well.
If there is a response delay
If it is taking a while for you to receive a response, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Occasionally, it may take some time for us to get through all incoming requests. As a standard, you will receive a response within 48 hours. We are available Monday through Friday from 6AM to 5PM PST and Saturday/Sunday from 8AM to 4PM PST.
