How to upgrade your plan

When you upgrade your plan you'll forfeit the plan's remaining minutes, text messages, and high-speed data balances. Please be aware that your billing cycle renewal date will change to the date your plan was updated. Please upgrade towards the end of your billing cycle

 

Step 1: Log in at freedompop.com/my-lines.

Step 2: Select your phone line. 

Step 3: Click on Change Plan from the menu on the left-hand side of the page.

Select the plan you would like to upgrade to.

You'll incur the full charge for the plan you select and your renewal date will change to reflect a new, updated billing cycle.

The serial number on your SIM card (called the ICCID number) begins with 89011


When you upgrade, you will incur a prorated charge

When you upgrade your plan, you'll incur a prorated charge and receive a prorated amount of high-speed data. Then, when your billing cycle renewal date arrives, you'll incur the full charge for your plan and receive the full amount of high-speed data for your plan. 

If you have more than one account under the same login credentials (email address and password), you will need to select the account you want to make changes to.

 

 

 

 

How to upgrade your account

First, make sure you are logged in at my.freedompop.com.

Step 1: Next click on plans.

Step 4: Finally, click the plan you want to upgrade to. You will be charged right away! You will get a prorated charge and you will receive a prorated amount of data.
