WiFi calling allows you to make and receive calls, and text messages, using a Wi-Fi network, with your existing FreedomPop phone number. This is not the same as VoLTE. To learn about VoLTE, click here.
If you've got a device, that has Wi-Fi calling capabilities, then you may be able to take advantage of Wi-Fi calling. Currently, FreedomPop does not offer Wi-Fi calling on the CDMA network.

How do I set up Wi-Fi calling on my FreedomPop account?
Simply contact customer service and request to have Wi-Fi calling enabled on your account.
Once my account is updated, how do I use WiFi calling?
All you have to do is enable it on your phone and set your preferences.
If your phone is capable of Wi-Fi calling, you will see it available in your phone's Settings.
On Android, you can toggle on Wi-Fi Calling under Settings > Networks & Internet > Mobile network > Advanced > Wi-Fi Calling.
On iPhones, you will see the option in Settings > Cellular > Wi-Fi Calling and then toggle on Wi-Fi Calling.
Does Wi-Fi calling use my FreedomPop Premium voice minutes?
No, your voice balance will not be depleted when making calls over WiFi however you must have an available voice balance.
Help, Wi-Fi Calling is not working!
- Please make sure that your phone's operating system is up to date
- Reset Network Settings
- Reset Wi-Fi Network
- Try a different Wireless Network to help us isolate the issue
