Network connection solution

At this time, our underlying carrier is experiencing an issue that is affecting data usage. Here are some troubleshooting steps that should resolve the problem:

1. Place your phone on Airplane mode, wait a couple of minutes and then turn data back on.

2. If the problem persists, power the device down and wait 10 minutes before powering back on.

3. If that does not resolve the problem, then resetting your network settings should fix the problem. Complete the following steps to reset your network settings:

Android Phone Instructions

Important! This step also resets Wi-Fi networks and passwords, cellular settings, and VPN and APN settings that you’ve used before. Try to power your phone off, wait 10 seconds, and then power it back on first to see if this solves your data connection problem.

To reset your network settings, tap on Settings.

Next, tap on General management or System.

Next, tap on Reset or Reset options.

Finally, tap on Reset network settings

Your phone will turn off and then back on.
