Porting out to Xfinity failing
CompletedHello,
I'm trying to port out to Xfinity mobile, and I provided the account number and PIN details as listed. I've been asked to provide my address, and I tried to provide the original address when I signed up for Freedompop and also my new address (where I live currently) and is listed as my billing address in Freedompop, and both times the port failed.
Can you please assist ?
