I have been going in circles with xfinity mobile and freedompop, trying to port out of freedompop. xfinity mobile tells me the details are incorrect, freedompop support gives me the details (which mostly agree with my account, although they have given me different pin numbers than what show in my account for porting out). I have tried every different combination and it still fails. Freedompop will say they don't see the request on their side. What is going on here? Is it possible to port a number out of freedompop?
