Service Order Error Code 409
CompletedMy son's account has been deactivated after only 8 days of no use. We still have $5 Top-Up credit on the account. When we try to reactivate the account following the prompt, we get the following error.
code 409

Can you please reactivate my sim cards?
The last four digits of the original phone number is x3223. We can provide my sim card info once I hear back from you.
