8 hours left and still waiting for number to be assigned to a new account...
CompletedMy 12 months SIM kit was coming to an end and I reached out to have my number assigned to my new account.
I was told I had to activate the my new FreedomPop SIM and select a new phone number first, which I did, but after doing so, I have been waiting for the numbers to be switched and the account that hold the number I've used for years has only 8 hours left.
I've been responding to the initial support email but haven't gotten a response for days.
I need phone number from old account XXXXXXXXXXXXXX@gmail.com to be transferred to new account XXXXXXXXXXXX@gmail.com
I would really appreciate if someone helps me with this before I lose my number, which is tied to all of my special needs kid's doctors, therapies, school, etc.
