Cant port out to xfinity mobile
CompletedI keep getting customer data mismatch error when trying to port out. I had multiple discussion over chat and call between Freedompop and Xfinity mobile support, still the same issue.
Xfinity mobile support is saying they are getting customer details mismatch error.
Freedompop support is saying they havent received any port-out request for my account.
Please help here.
