A day before I usually get billed for FreedomPop I get the message on my phone saying "Account Not Active" Service is inactive due to an unforeseen technical issue.
The following day I still get billed as usual and the problem still remains multiple days on.
When I log into the website I'm greeted with the message "Your FreedomPopservice is inactive due to an unforeseen technical issue."
So what is the issue? and can you fix it for me now. As usual you have no issues billing me but you cannot provide the service.
