how to keep my Voice/Data Bundle & 12 Month Plan after upgrading
CompletedDear Customer Service Representative,
I was told that you would switch from Legacy SIM card to Premium SIM card. First of all, I have not received the new card yet. secondly, I have a 12-month plan, how to keep my plan after upgrading? I submitted a ticket two days ago, nobody is doing anything.
