I received an email a couple of days ago saying that a new SIM was coming and I needed to switch to it by 1/31 to keep my service. I got the SIM and followed the upgrade process but it's asking me to sign up for a plan. My existing SIM is a 12 month prepaid SIM with 8 months left of service on it, so I should not be required to purchase an additional plan. What do I need to do to transfer the my existing service to the new SIM and avoid service interruption? Getting an email a couple of days ago and the SIM only yesterday is hardly any lead time, especially since I have had issues doing this upgrade!!
