Freedompop sent me a new SIM so I could change to the Freemium plan. I completed it on 1/14/2021 so I wouldn't lose my long-standing phone number. It seemed to work last month, but today when I tried to call my home's land line, I get an automated message saying to deposit money for a pay-as-you-go plan. THEN I tried to log into Freedompop, it made me reset my password, and now it's claiming (again) that the new SIM needs to be validated, but then says it's an invalid SIM. I am SO confused.
