Unable to contact freedom pop UK

Hi I want to know why my plan has been changed without letting me know
there is no way to contact this company in the UK I ended up going on the US live chat help
but weren’t interested because I was from the uk
i have now put a stop on any more payments
very disappointed with lack of uk customer support
