Questions about upgrade to a Premium SIM

Hi, I received an email saying must upgrade to a Premium SIM SIM by May 1, 2021. I have two questions:
1) If I upgrade to a Premium SIM, will my current un-used data rollover to the Premium SIM?
2) Currently I have the Basic 200 free plan with the US$0.01Monthly Data Rollover service, after I upgrade to a Premium SIM, will the Monthly Data Rollover service continue with same $0.01 monthly fee?
