I have an old free account and I received an email saying that I should buy a new chip so that my account can be migrated to the new system platform and that I can keep my number.
I logged into the account and went to buy a free plan chip to be able to make the migration, it happens that when I put the delivery address and click on pay, I went to a screen informing that my data is not in the system, asking me to fill in again with name complete, phone, email and full address, and when you click update, you will be returned to the same screen I just filled in to be updated.
I can't buy the chip to migrate my number to the new platform.
Could you help me solve this? I don't know if my registration is out of date, I need help.
I am unable to finalize the purchase of the chip in any way to replace the old one.
