Trying Port Out my number but it doesn't work
CompletedI recently swapped to Mint Mobile for my carrier since the recent made the free plan just not worth it. With that said, I collected all my Port Out information and tried to port my number since I don't want to lose my number but every time I try it, it errors saying that the customer information is not correct.
After contacting their support they told me to contact my previous carrier as there is something wrong on their end supposedly.
I would like to port my number over as soon as possible, and hopefully, I can get this figured out quickly.
