Is there a way to prevent deactivation?

    We've checked the account associated with your Community profile; our records indicate your SIM card was dormant. Be advised, your legacy account may go into a temporary dormant state after 30 days with no reported data usage. 

    Responding to the above question, you can prevent your SIM card from going dormant by simply meeting the following conditions:

    - Connecting your device to the Internet at least once a month. Use at least 5MB and/or make more than five (5) calls in any given month.

    We can confirm your account has been restored and it is currently active and in good standing. Please feel free to perform a soft reset by powering off and on your device. Once your device is back on, to ensure that your services perform properly, please Synchronize your mobile devices and your FreedomPop Account by following the steps within the article provide below:
