My Netgear Unite device shows AT&T 4G network is available, but will not connect to data. I have tried to reset the device multiple times, but no luck. I am able to connect to the device via wifi with no problem.
Also, the touchscreen on the device has become intermittent and the device often freezes. Even holding the power button for up to one minute will NOT power down the device. The only way to restart the device when this happens is to remove the battery.
I also get a message "no battery" when the battery is installed. I purchased and installed a new battery, but I still get the "no battery" message.
