    We’ll be glad to take a look at your current concern. :)

    If you do not have a Premium SIM card (starting with 89014). You may simply select the link provided below and scroll down to our Freemium Plan selection. Upon subscribing you will receive a prompt to our checkout page. You may visit our plans and acquire a Premium SIM card/plan within the link provided below:

    If you already have a Premium SIM card. Starting the upgrade process is easy, you'll need to go to https://premium.freedompop.com/activate to start the migration, there you'll need to enter the email associated with your existing standard account and the phone number you want to upgrade.

    Note, should you receive an error message, be sure to use a different email address from the one associated with your legacy account.

    Be advised, during this activation, you'll be able to get a new phone number from us, or you can bring your phone number over from your older FreedomPop account. This decision has to be made during the activation process, not later.
