general error - unable to connect to server

My phone is suddenly not able to connect to FreedomPop. I cannot therefore receive any of my texts or phone calls.  Can you please reset tthis or help get my phone up and running?

I've already powered it down several times.  Just a blank blue FreedomPop screen that never connects
