My number is XXX-XXX-1903 and a few minutes ago I submitted my port request to move my number to Mint Mobile.  Please transfer my number to them ASAP.  Thank you.

PS:  I have 6 months of remaining service on FP that I would like refunded since I cannot even use my cell phone for over a week now unless I get onto WiFi.

  I can't receive any text messages sent to my cell number as the FP text app doesn't work - continually shows unable to log into server error.  I've missed lots of work related calls and texts because your service hasn't worked in over a week.
