Hi, I cancelled my GSM Basic 200 Hotspot plan using the "How to Cancel your account" instructions for my legacy Sim. On the first cancel attempt, I received a "Failed" response. A second attempt appeared to be successful however I was not prompted for my password nor did I receive a confirmation email (both of which the instructions said should happen). Please confirm my account is closed/cancelled and refund my $10 in Top-Up funds.
