    We are pleased to inform you that we have released an update with the Messaging Application. Please go to the App Store and locate the FreedomPop Application to update to the latest version.

    Should you not see a prompt to update to the latest version, please proceed with uninstalling and reinstalling the messaging application. Please be advised upon uninstalling the Messaging app, your voice, data, and text message history will be lost. 

    Please note, we'll be submitting your support ticket #72485, concerning this same issue, as solved. However, should you continue to experience any issues after updating the Messaging app to the latest version, please be sure to contact us back so we assist you accordingly.
