Hello, just got the email about changes to the free account/new sim required. Tried logging in to deal with it and it wouldn't let me (after clicking "login" it just goes back to the homepage). Tried to reset password and it says my email is not registered, and yes this is the same email I'm getting the FreedomPop notifications and one I've registed years ago. Please help as I have three devices to manage. Thank you!
