CompletedI recently submitted a ticket 8 days ago. Later, someone was assigned to my post and have not heard anything yet after I provide name, address and phone number since then.
I selected a new number and paid for that service days before I submit that ticket. Then, I request to provide PIN and account number to port out ( still heard nothing yet). When I logged in via app, the number is gone and ask me to choose a new number which I do not prefer. Can you please double check whether my number i still there or is it just a glitch ? In case my number is not there anymore, can you please refund me the amount I paid for that number and close my account?
