Hotspot says no data connection

My hotspot, XXX-XXX-0270, IMEI XXXXXXXXXXXXX12, SIM XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX30 is saying "no data connection". I've checked my account on my.freedompop.com and there's nothing saying that it is dormant. Would you fix this please?

  My cell phone, also using the AT&T network, has plenty of signal.
