refund my Top-Up Credit Balance and cancel my account and service (request on 2021/04/29)

Hello, I have two SIMsunder this account.

I would not want to continue the 3.99 plan, and want to get refund of my Top-Up Credit Balance $15.00 on one SIM, and $10.00 on the other SIM, so totally $25.00, and then cancel both of SIMs in my account.
