migrate my old account to new?

I enter the new sim number and to the step to "port your existing wireless number", unlike what those help say. I don't see any option to port my freedompop number. Do the old and new feedompop the same company. why make thing so hard.from what I see is just open a new SIM accound and port my old number to the new account. so do the port cost me $10 and how is my top-up credit in my old account? why no sample way to just upgrade my account? not only have to pay $10 port fee but also loss my my top-up credit.
