Inactive, So Do I Need a New SIM before being billedCompleted
My account shows as inactive.
I received the warning to upgrade the ATT sim to a new one by May 1, 2021.
Do I need to do that or cancel the account to avoid the new monthly charge?
Can I get the $20 Top Up balance refunded to me?
Can my device be unlocked from Freedompop and ATT, given that I have had it over three years now (by the way, it is not the HTC device, it is a Netgear Unite).
