Service Inactive
CompletedWhen I log in to my account on my.freedompop.com I see this message "Alert: Your FreedomPop service is inactive due to an unforeseen technical issue. Please Click here to contact customer service".
I also get a message on the phone app Account Not Active and two options "Contact" and "dismiss". "Contact" launches a webpage but it says the page doesnt exist.
How can this be fixed?
