Could you please cancel my account with you, my email address of the account is: XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX?
My account has not been used for several years, since you oudated the old global SIM which was once under the account. My account doenst' have any phone number, or valid SIM since you oudated the global SIM years ago.
I'd request you please just cancel my account, as I couldn't cancel it on-line myself - there is no place under the account for me to process the cancelation, as of today.
