Account cancellation

I submitted a request to cancel my account on April 26, 2021 and have my top-up refunded. That request was not responded to. Please refund me the $4.00 and the $5.66 top up remaining. Since the top-up was paid for well before the $4 essential plan even existed, I am entitled to a top-up refund.
