Port Out PIN Error
CompletedHello,
Please I followed your help article for porting out my number to another carrier.
I went to the port out section and used the account number and PIN.
But when I put the PIN in the new carrier website. After some time I get an error saying the PIN is incorrect.
"The Porting PIN you entered is incorrect. Please update your request with the information the current carrier has on file."
Please help me getting a correct PIN. Please please help.
Please note I have already submitted a support ticket to you. Please support asap.
