    To resolve the problems you are experiencing, we strongly recommend you try the troubleshooting steps below:

    1. Configure the APN Settings
    2. Synchronize Account Data
    3. Reboot your device.

    Should you continue to experience the same problem after trying the troubleshooting steps provided above, we recommend you uninstall and reinstall the FreedomPop Calling & Texting Application (iOS). Please be advised, your voice, text message, and data records will be lost upon uninstalling the application.
