Hello,

I already put in 2 requests, but no response to either....

My account isn't working since months. Neither incoming nor outgoing calls are working. I had a free account, so I didn't really care, but  since May 1st you are charging me $3.99 for a  not working account.

Could somebody please get back to me, explain what is going on and fix the account?
