hen I turned the automatic top-up "feature" OFF for my account, I was forced to make a payment and carry a positive balance in my account. I never went over any allotments, and thus, never used ANY of my balance you required I carry. Now that I have closed my account, I expect a full refund of those funds. Please process the return to the original form of payment. Thank you. I look forward to hearing from you that my refund has been processed.
