I have an account that I have long forgot and have not used for long time and it has now been charged $3.99 as a recurring payment due to recent term changes.
I have sent an email to billing regarding the unauthorize charge and received no response.
I have tried to Cancel but received error message of "Failure" on cancellation.
1. Please Refund $3.99
2. Cancel the this unused account
