I was on a road trip yesterday and realized my service doesn't work. It was very frustrating. I logged in today and realized it says:
Alert: Your FreedomPop service is inactive due to an unforeseen technical issue. Please Click here to contact customer service.
Had the service for several years and no issues. What is the problem? Please fix it.
