I opened a ticket 3 days ago requesting that my account be closed and all the $3.99 charges that are suddenly appearing be refunded. I have not received any reply yet. I have to say that I am very unhappy that I did not receive any notification that my plan was changing from zero dollars to $3.99, and that I am not able to cancel my service at your website. And that it is now 3 days with no reply to my support ticket.
