No response to my refund requests for 7+ days
CompletedI submitted requests #75728 & #75732 seven days ago to request refund of the following:
1) $3.99 monthly charge for a service plan that I didn't sign up for &
2) $9.56 Top Up credit that I've in my account before I cancel my subscription
There's no response from FreedomPop on my requests; please cancel my subscription & refund the charges ($3.99 + $9.56) as requested.
