Signed up 5 years ago and the service sucked so we never used it. Forgot about it until they charged my account!!! For what? To continue receiving “free services “ ?!? FreedomPop sucks! Their customer service is not provided with tools to help the customers therefore making them inept as well!! Do not recommend!!!
